During Ben’s 35 year career at 3M Company, Ben led global and domestic strategic planning, business plan development and key account sales and marketing teams in the Consumer Markets businesses at 3M.  

 

He has called on key retailers including Walmart, Target, Costco, Walgreens, and CVS to develop winning strategies to build brand leadership and drive sales growth.  

 

Ben earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and completed his Masters of Business Administration at California State University, Fullerton.
