The MBM Women’s Collective: Your Circle of Growth

In today’s environment, the journey to realizing your dreams in the startup, small business, and nonprofit world is both rewarding and challenging. We know that meaningful connection isn't just a luxury—it is a critical business necessity.

To meet this need, the women volunteers of MBMentors are launching the Women’s Collective, a free initiative designed to bridge the gap between isolation and community.

Our goal with the Women's Collective Lab

The objectives and your benefits of our Women’s Collective include:

  • A "Safe Space" for Honest Dialogue: Enjoy a confidential, non-judgmental environment to discuss failures and fears as openly as successes.

  • Combat Entrepreneurial Isolation: Replace the loneliness of leadership with a "board of advisors" cheering for your success.

  • Confidence Building: Overcome "imposter syndrome" through validation and feedback from peers walking the same path.

  • Skill-Swapping & Knowledge Exchange: Leverage the diverse talents of the group to solve problems without hiring expensive consultants.

  • Diverse Perspectives: Gain insights from a mix of entrepreneurs and small business leaders to spark innovation in your own business.

  • Referral & Partnership Opportunities: naturally grow your business through organic referrals and find potential partners for joint ventures.

  • Access to MBM Mentor Experts: Direct pathways to specialized mentorship for complex challenges.

Meetings will be virtual and held 3 times a year. More information coming soon! If you would like to be informed of developments, email us here.

Business networking involves making connections not only with likely customers or clients, but also with other individuals who might refer business to you. It also involves connecting with people who can provide information or training, and can be an excellent way of locating potential employees and reputable vendors to hire for your business.
