Brad spent his entire 30-year career working in and with small businesses. The first part of his career was focused on commercial lending/banking and mergers & acquisitions. In 2010, he formed Paisley Capital to invest in small businesses located in the Upper Midwest. Since then, Paisley has invested in four Minnesota-based businesses, one of which he held the role of President for almost a decade.

Brad has a broad set of business skills including entity/business formation, finance/accounting, sales, marketing (SEO/SEM/social media), operations, systems/IT, legal and management. he has experience working with businesses across a wide variety of industries with a particular focus on business-to-business (B2B) manufacturing, distribution and services.

Brad earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Carleton College.
