Business Meeting

Leaders Learning From Leaders

Overview

Running a business on a structured operating system is hard — especially when you're doing it yourself. The Strategic Implementors Roundtable exists for exactly that.

SIR brings together up to 12 leaders from non-competing companies in a confidential, peer-driven forum. Six times a year, you'll go deep on the real work of leadership: planning, prioritizing, building processes, clarifying roles, and solving the problems that don't come with easy answers.

What makes it different is the accountability loop. Between sessions, you implement. When you return, you report — the wins, the stumbles, and everything in between. Your peers are doing the same work. That shared experience is the curriculum.

Every session is completely confidential, giving members the freedom to speak openly about what's actually happening in their business — not just the polished version.

You'll leave each meeting with concrete tools and a clearer sense of what to try next. More importantly, you'll stop figuring it out alone.

Criteria for Membership

The minimum requirements to join the Roundtable are:

  • You are responsible for the full operations of a qualifying business (e.g., owner, CEO, President).

  • Your company employs between 5-50 employees.

  • Your company generates more than $500,000 in annual revenue.

  • You have been in business for more than 2 years.

There will be 6 meetings per year from 9-11 a.m. on the second Wednesday of a month. The facilitator will let you know the exact schedule when you register.

A typical agenda is the first hour is spent on a brief review and in-depth discussion of the implementation of a particular tool which is closely related to the designated topic. Members will take a 10 minute break then spend the second hour on a similar discussion of a second tool. Members are expected to openly share their experiences and ideas for implementation of the tool as well as challenges they are encountering.

Meeting topics can include:

  • Company vision and organization

  • Running successful company meetings

  • Data collection and management

  • Quarterly priorities

  • People management
