Leading a company can be lonely. It doesn't have to be.
The advisors you can't hire are sitting at this table.
Running a company means making calls nobody else in the building can weigh in on. Starting in January 2027, Minnesota Business Mentors in partnership with the Economic Development Teams of Anoka and Sherburne Counties is launching a CEO Roundtable built for exactly that problem.
Once a month, up to 12 owners and CEOs from non-competing companies sit down for three hours and work through what's actually on their desks: growth plans, hiring decisions, succession, pricing, the call they've been putting off because there's no one to make it with.
Not networking. Not a mastermind fluff session.
This is a confidential, peer-to-peer advisory group. No pitching - just candid input from other CEOs who've been where you are, facilitated to keep the conversation sharp and moving.
What makes it work
Confidential by design
What's said at the table stays at the table, so members bring real problems, not polished ones.
Non-competing peers
You're in the room with people who understand your pressures, not your competitors.
Trained facilitation
An experienced MBM facilitator keeps every session focused and productive, never a gripe session.
