Facilitator

Amanda W Carroll

Amanda is a PMP-certified Senior Program Manager with more than ten years of experience leading large-scale technology programs and building the governance systems that make complex organizations run with clarity and intention. Her most recent work at a Fortune 500 company -- a global leader in water, hygiene, and infection prevention — she served as Lead Delivery Manager and product owner for the enterprise strategic portfolio management product, and played a key role in scaling adoption from roughly 3,000 to 6,000 users while establishing the necessary portfolio governance infrastructure for more than 30 portfolios.

Amanda's career has been defined by building up teams and initiatives that enrich a company's productivity and value. She orchestrated global AI adoption initiatives spanning across 100+ countries and 25,000+ users while working simultaneously with 3 vendors, moving the program from low utilization to genuine organizational engagement. She has also led global service desk operations, renegotiated multi-million dollar vendor contracts, and delivered over $4M in cost savings through strategic insourcing.

What Amanda believes the most valuable conversations happen when people feel genuinely heard and challenged at the same time. Her colleagues have described her approach as holding people accountable in a way that feels supportive rather than rigid — which she considers a reasonable summary of what good facilitation looks like in practice.

Amanda holds a PMP certification, a BRMP designation, and is currently completing her MBA through the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire MBA Consortium.
