Strategic Implementer
Roundtable
MBMentors Strategic Implementer Roundtable (SIR) is a highly interactive, peer-led group. The Roundtable consists of small business Presidents, Owners, and CEOs from the Twin Cities area.
Leaders Learning From Leaders
Overview
The group consists of up to 12 members from non-competing companies. The purpose of SIR is to provide a forum for the exchange of information, ideas, insights, and perspectives about the strategic and tactical tools a leader needs to improve their business.
Our every other month meetings will address how leaders plan, prioritize, implement processes, communicate, measure, clarify roles, and solve everyday business problems. In other words, lead their organization to success.
As a member, you will learn more about the tools you need for success and how to implement them through deep-dive discussions with your peers. You’ll walk away from each session with ideas you can use right away.
Meeting quarterly allows you the time to try out your new learnings. Then, at our sessions, have the opportunity to report on the ups and downs of implementation. These meetings will help you become a better business leader by sharing your perspectives and insights with your peers, who are going through the same process.
Our Roundtables are completely confidential which provides a secure environment for open discussions. The benefit and value of attending each session is to learn from one-another's experiences through a facilitated conversation about each other’s achievements and mistakes.

The minimum requirements to join the Roundtable are:
-
You are responsible for the full operations of a qualifying business (e.g., owner, CEO, President).
