Sally is an experienced IT and business leader with more than 30 years of helping companies grow, solve problems, and improve their daily operations. She is known for her strategic insight, clear communication, and passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Sally has worked with many types of businesses, including insurance, financial services, real estate, and manufacturing. She is skilled at breaking down complex ideas, creating strategic roadmaps and project plans, and helping teams work together to achieve results. She enjoys collaborating with business leaders to solve problems, organize their operations, and create simple plans they can follow with confidence. Her mentoring style is practical, supportive, and focused on helping business leaders achieve their goals.

She is certified as an Agile Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Prosci Change Management practitioner. Sally is a lifelong learner who enjoys exploring new ideas, new technologies, and better ways to run a business.

Sally has also been very active in her community. She served as Treasurer and board member for a large youth hockey association. She helped start a youth and high school lacrosse program that now supports more than 200 young athletes. She led fundraising, finances, registration, marketing, and communication—skills that translate directly to helping small businesses stay organized and grow.

Outside of work, Sally loves being outdoors. She enjoys walking, biking, skiing, horseback riding, boating, and camping. Staying active and curious helps her stay balanced, creative, and open minded.
