Mirela (pronounced Mee-reh-la) has been an integral part of Ecolab’s Enterprise Excellence team since 2015. In her role, she drives the success of major projects across the company, coaching business leaders and project managers, and providing comprehensive project management training to all associates.

With a personal mission to empower others through learning, coaching, and technology, Mirela draws on her diverse background. Her previous experience in higher education informs her approach to designing and delivering meaningful, hands-on learning sessions.

Mirela’s career journey has been a tapestry of meaningful transitions. She has worked in IT, manufacturing, public health, research, higher education teaching and administration, and even ran her own business consulting business. Living and working in different countries, she has forged valuable connections and learned essential lessons along the way.

Hailing from the real Transylvania (a captivating region of Romania), Mirela is an avid traveler and reader, a passionate crafter, and a problem-solving enthusiast.
