Fred has over 30 years of Executive Management experience, holding leadership roles in Fortune 100 companies like GE Commercial Finance, TCF Equipment Finance, and DHL (formerly Exel Logistics). Fred also has notable experience in the Private Equity arena with the successful sale of The TLC Companies where he served as Chief Commercial Officer for 12 years.

Following sale of The TLC Companies in 2019, Fred purchased Benchmark Manufacturing, a premier commercial furniture manufacturer in the Twin Cities. Fred successfully grew the business through the pandemic, kept all staff employed, and eventually sold the business after growing revenue by 40%. Today Fred still works as a business consultant for Benchmark.

Fred currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Peace House Community (PHC), a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the homeless community in Minneapolis. PHC provides a safe space for everyone and provides services including meals, personal care, and ongoing support for its community members

Fred is a graduate of Suffolk University and has called Minnesota home since 2004. He and his wife Brighid have two adult children and enjoy family time at their lake home and cheering on St. John’s University during football season.
