Dr. Rebecca McComas is a veterinarian and former business owner who recently sold her business. She opened MN Pets® as a one-person company in the Twin Cities providing in-home veterinary care for pets at the end-of-life. After 11 years, her practice had grown to nearly 50 employees, continuing to provide mobile end-of-life care as well as innovating a unique service, known as DVMcenter®, to provide remote scheduling/client support services for 20 other mobile veterinary practices in North America.

She self-implemented the EOS® system (Traction®) to bring order to her business operations and is a wild enthusiast of EOS® for small businesses. She started and facilitated eight monthly Peer Roundtables for her colleagues nationwide as a part of their professional association to share best practices in this newly emerging field. She has also provided professional consulting services for veterinary colleagues who were interested in starting or growing their mobile end-of-life practice. Her previous professional experience includes emergency and general veterinary medicine as well as being a member of the small animal faculty at the University of MN, College of Veterinary Medicine.
