Art Shore

Art began his career a sales representative for a large consumer products organization. He went on to become a top seller and then moved into sales management. 5 years later he transitioned into Learning and Development.

As the head of L&D for 3 different multi-national organizations, Art was charged with building training and leadership development initiatives for thousands of employees globally.

In 1995 he started STR Training & Development, an independent training consultancy. For over 20 years Art designed and delivered training initiatives for clients such as AT&T, Union Pacific Railroad, Time-Warner, Rayovac, Novartis, Hewlett Packard, Cisco Systems, Capital One, General Mills, the Minnesota Vikings and many others.

Having successfully worked in both corporate roles and as an external consultant, Art has a unique perspective of selling, managing, training and consulting.

After retiring, Art stayed active by teaching at 3 local colleges and started mentoring small business start-ups. In 2020 he cofounded Minneapolis Business Mentors (MBM).
