Sarah Anderson is an entrepreneurial business professional with strengths in strategic planning and implementation. She has spent the bulk of her professional career in management consulting, working across industries, business functions, and company sizes. Her specialty is in being to look across complex perspectives and data to quickly get at the heart of the matter to focus on key drivers and priorities.

 

Clients have included QSR franchisors, global CPG corporations, med device and technology companies. In addition to the corporate experience, Sarah grew up in a family business and has been involved in multiple startups as both founder and angel investor. This gives her a unique perspective on startups and mid size businesses that are focused on growth. She also understands some of the complex dynamics of family businesses as they pass intergenerationally.

 

Sarah currently works as a consultant with Pinnacle Performance Group and serves on the board for the Irish Angels alumni investing group.
