Sara’s experience crosses multiple industries and most functional groups within organizations. She has extensive experience working with non-profit and for-profit companies – over 350 in her current list. As a career coach and mentor, she has worked with start-up and growing businesses, as well as many that need a recalibration of an organizations’ strategies and operations.
For over 16 years, Sara has been an instructor for Universities in both MN and WI; in addition, she has taught at several community colleges and private training organizations. In most of these engagements, she has authored and delivered appropriate training material for all levels within an organization. Some of her trainings have included continuous improvement, information systems, conflict management, change readiness and change management, performance management and “individual self-selling (sales) and development”. Using a practical approach and fun style of learning and knowledge transfer has resulted in a large network of satisfied attendees and knowledgeable followers.
