Pauline is a retired Trane Commercial Engineering Leader, responsible for the controls' software release planning, alignment, and execution by working with Product Management and Engineering leaders to manage a $12M engineering software development budget.
Pauline has Bachelor of Science degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science and a Master of Art in Organizational Leadership. Pauline's career included roles of software engineer, systems engineer, project manager, platform leader, and new product development process owner and coach.
Highlights of her career include successfully leading a death-march project to a successful launch. Preparing individuals for their next role. Reducing the effort in annual operating planning from two arduous months to an ongoing process; leading the organization to respond to industry and customers timelier. Creating a space for women of the organization to support, encourage, and inspire each other.
Pauline is currently a Parks, Recreation & Environmental Commissioner for the City of New Brighton and on the DEI Committee for Team Women. She presented "Equipping Yourself for Leadership" at the Society for Women Engineers Local Conference, Raleigh, N.C, and the National Convention.
