Paul Richardson is an experienced marketing professional, bringing extensive insights from both the client and agency perspective across both traditional and new media. Paul began his career as a marketing consultant at Prudential before serving at Carlson Marketing Group in account management, product development and sales roles. At this time, he also served as a director and Vice President of the Employee Involvement Association, an international professional networking organization.

In this position, Paul led the rebranding of the American Express financial advisory unit as part of the spinoff to Ameriprise Financial – one of the world’s largest ever corporate rebrands.

Following this, Paul moved back to the agency side as an account and creative leader.  At Group O (one of the nation’s top minority owned businesses), he also led corporate marketing and creative services, supporting clients such as AT&T, Samsung, Michelin and PepsiCo.

In 2016, Paul formed his own LLC to deliver marketing and sales results on a freelance basis.  He currently works with clients across the country to develop brand identity, customer acquisition and marketing communications solutions.
