Mr. Kruger has over three decades of success in industry and consulting, where he has assisted more than 200 CEOs and CFOs. He has extensive experience in providing assistance to understand business value propositions, competitive issues, and financial risks. His proficiencies also include facilitation, operations improvement, key performance measures, and organization design.
He has held management positions at Ford Motor Company, Ford Aerospace, Honeywell, Alliant Techsystems; and management consulting positions at two CPA firms. He has mentored MBA students at St. Thomas and Memphis University. He’s been a trainer and senior examiner for Minnesota Quality Award, a Judge for USA Today/IT Quality Cup, an examiner for Baldridge National Quality Program, and examiner for Florida Sterling Award.
Phil has developed and conducted national training seminars on management consulting, strategic planning, balanced scorecard and manufacturing effectiveness. Past affiliations include Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP), APICS – Certified in Integrated Resource Management (CIRM), ISO 9000 – Certified Lead Assessor, registered Professional Engineer
