During her tenure at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, Janet played a pivotal role in strategic leadership hiring and mentored HR staff across Minnesota in adopting streamlined recruiting strategies. At Concur, she excelled in sourcing top technical talent, particularly for extremely challenging roles.
