Art began his career a sales representative for a large consumer products organization. He went on to become a top seller and then was promoted into sales management. 5 years later he transitioned into sales training for the Hershey Chocolate Company. He later joined the Pillsbury Company as the head of sales training.  He went on to become the global head of Learning & Development for two other multi-national organizations. In these positions, Art was charged with building training initiatives for thousands of employees globally.
